What do I need to rent a car in Curaçao?
You need a valid driver's license (international license recommended for non-Dutch licenses), a credit card in the driver's name, and a passport or ID. Minimum age is typically 21-25 depending on the vehicle category.
Can I cancel my booking for free?
Most bookings offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before pickup. Premium and luxury vehicles may have different cancellation policies. Check your booking confirmation for specific terms.
How do I modify my reservation?
You can modify your reservation through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service team. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Can I book a rental car for someone else?
Yes, but the primary driver must be present at pickup with their valid license and credit card. Additional drivers can be added during the rental process for an extra fee.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and some debit cards. A credit card is required for the security deposit at pickup.
Are all fees included in the rental price?
Basic rental fees and mandatory taxes are included, but additional services like GPS, child seats, or extra insurance may cost extra. All fees are clearly displayed before booking.
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits vary by vehicle type and rental company, typically ranging from $200-$1000. The deposit is held on your credit card and released after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
What currency are prices displayed in?
Prices are displayed in USD by default, but you can switch to EUR using the currency selector in the header. Final charges may be processed in the local currency.

Pickup & Return

Where can I pick up my rental car?
We have pickup locations at Curaçao International Airport, downtown Willemstad, and major hotels. The exact location will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may incur additional charges. A grace period of 30 minutes is usually provided, after which you may be charged for an extra day or hourly rates.
Do I need to return the car with a full tank?
Most rentals follow a "full-to-full" fuel policy - you receive the car with a full tank and should return it full. Alternative fuel options may be available at booking.
Can I return the car outside business hours?
Many locations offer after-hours return options with secure key drop boxes. This service may incur an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
