3. Driver Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Present an international driving permit if required
• Provide a valid credit card in the driver's name
• Meet all requirements set by the rental partner

4. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices include basic rental fees and mandatory taxes
• Additional services (GPS, child seats, insurance) may incur extra charges
• Security deposits are held by the rental partner, not AllCarsCuracao
• Fuel policies vary by rental partner and are clearly stated

5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

Rental vehicles must be used in accordance with:

• Local traffic laws and regulations in Curaçao
• Terms and conditions of the specific rental partner
• Vehicle capacity and weight limits
• Geographical restrictions (if any)
• Prohibited uses include racing, off-road driving, and illegal activities

6. Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance coverage is typically included in rental rates
• Additional insurance options are available for enhanced protection
• Renters are responsible for damages not covered by insurance
• AllCarsCuracao acts as an intermediary and is not liable for vehicle-related incidents
• Report all accidents and damages immediately to the rental partner

7. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available for most bookings up to 24-48 hours before pickup
• Cancellation policies vary by rental partner and vehicle type
• No-show bookings may result in full charges
• Refunds are processed according to the original payment method
• Processing time for refunds may take 5-10 business days

8. Limitation of Liability

AllCarsCuracao serves as a booking platform connecting customers with rental partners. We are not responsible for:

• Vehicle condition, maintenance, or mechanical issues
• Actions or policies of rental partners
• Accidents, damages, or injuries during rental period
• Changes in rental partner terms or availability
• Force majeure events affecting your rental

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of AllCarsCuracao services will be resolved through:

• Direct communication with our customer service team
• Mediation with the relevant rental partner
• Arbitration under the laws of Curaçao if necessary
• Local courts in Curaçao as the final jurisdiction
